BIOCLEAN
BIOCLEAN units clarify Biodiesel using a high speed closed canister centrifuge and a one Micron filter. The centrifugal units spins at 7000 rpm which separates, by difference in specific weight, any traces of glycerol, metallic salts and other impurities that might be present in the Biodiesel.
BIOCLEAN unit includes an initial 25 micron bag filter and a one micron exit filter. This ensures maximum purity of the processed product. Additionally the BIOCLEAN units includes a heating element, which heats the Biodiesel (Or fluid being clarified) to facilitate the separation of impurities by the centrifuge and the filter.
BIOCLEAN units are not only used for Biodiesel clarification. They are used for reconditioning of many other fluids like, engine oil, hydraulic fluids and any liquid that can benefit from clarification and reconditioning though the extraction of impurities with different specific weights. BIOCLEAN units are a necessary complement to any of the BIO reactors.
